ArcMap 10.6 Install Problems

I installed ArcMap 10.6 on a new desktop and when I try to open the program the windows installer box pops up and says preparing to install. Then nothing happens. 

Any ideas?

Great. Thank you. Any advice on what to do now? Should I remove Terrago?

I'm not familiar with that product. But I think a good step would be to remove it, see if you can open ArcMap successfully without it.  If so, install it again and then see if ArcMap opens. If not, remove it and contact the company for additional information.
