I have installed arcgis 10.2.2 and arcinfo workstation 10 on both windows 8.1 and windows 7 platforms. Arcinfo work smoothly on windows 7, however, on windows 8, the arc window is dark, nothing is displayed.. When I turn off internet connection, arcinfo works. Any work around?? I suspect it has something to do with internet connection, but I can not resolve it.
