Arcgis Pro and "manage license" issue

Hello all,

I've just created an organizational trial account because I want to try ArcGIS Pro. But, when I log into arcgis online as user with administration permissions, I don't see the "manage license" button to assign ArcGIS pro to my account. How can I solve?

First, click Organization at the top of the site and then click Manage Licenses.

Thank you for your answer,

as you can see from the screenshot there is no button "Manage Licenses" to click.

Did you login to ArcGIS Online using the credentials using which you created the trial account (not the invited user)?

Yes, I did.

There is only one user wich have administration permissions (includeding managing licenses).

You will need to contact Esri Customer Service to resolve the issue.
