10.4 Publishing Feature Layer Issues

Hello,

I have been trying to publish my layer using the pre-realease of ArcGIS Desktop 10.4 (ArcMap) but I keep getting this error message. It's an empty feature layer that I am preparing for a Geo-Form.

Is this suppose to happen as it's a pre-release or am I missing something?
