How to �??commit to reviewer table�?� values of attribute table?

I couldn�??t figure out How to �??commit to reviewer table�?� at the level of cells of the attribute table.


For example, in the screenshot below, the �??reviewer technician�?� needs to add comments for the �??correction technician�?� to fix a value of a particular record and field. What might be the best practice to do this?
