Is it possible to perform a geometric validation, for example, to check for an overlap of one input class with the rest of all feature classes in a GDB?

Jayanta ,topology use for one or two FCs together, and Emili del Pozo Trias want overlap against all may be three FCs or more.

so topology not best way, I think Intersect tool may be more useful.Intersect—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

  • In ArcMap (with the Data Reviewer Extension): A check for overlaps of one feature against all features in a geodatabase (or a subset) is possible if the intent is to build multiple checks as part of a data reviewer batch job, multiple Geometry on Geometry checks can be replicated where the feature that needs to be compared against many is configured as the Feature class 1 in the check configuration while the Feature class 2 changes as you build the batch job that contains all the necessary combinations. Follow this link for more information about the geometry and geometry check and this topic for duplicating checks in ArcMap
  • In ArcGIS Pro 1.4 (with the Data Reviewer Extension): You can configure Feature on Feature checks where multiple input feature layers can be compared against one feature based on a spatial relationship like “overlap”. The input feature layers will list all the data sources available in the map contents pane. Follow this link for more information about the feature on feature check in ArcGIS Pro
