I would like to create a check that returns an error if two intersecting polylines have attribute values for a particular field that are more than 50% different. This is similar to the "Different Z at intersection" check, except I would like to apply it to attribute values, not z values. Is there any way to accomplish this using data reviewer?
As a bonus, I would like to combine this check with a valency check, so that the rule that the field can be no more than 50% different applies only to intersections involving 2 lines. If three or more lines intersect, then I do not want the check to apply.
