I download the Operations Dashboard to my machine.

I execute the downloaded "OperationsDashboard.application".

I get this error:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]23710[/ATTACH]

What's happening?

Windows 7, 64 bit

I needed to upgrade to .NET 4.5.

If you need .NET 4.5 does that mean that it will not work on window XP machines?
