Today we do not see our series graphics well in ArcGIS Dashboard

In our dashboards in ArcGIS Dashboard with “Series Chart” elements, as of today they stopped showing data.
According to the analysis carried out, it is observed that when a field is assigned in “Divide by field” information is no longer obtained in the series graph.

Good morning all, yesterday we did also reported a similar behavior for 2 of our dashboards. We did open a premium support ticket. Our counts are not displaying at all, even though the query information is being returned accurately.
