Storing Raster Symbology Upon Export

Hello,

I understand that ArcGIS does not have a way to store symbology upon exporting a raster (it is a mosaic). I've tried saving a symbology layer and applying it to the exported raster with no success. I have also tried the "force RGB" and "use renderer" options when exporting - also with no success. I see that this a common issue.

This is very problematic for me because I need to send my .tif to other people so that it can be loaded and rendered properly when they open it in other software besides ArcGIS.

Currently, I am using ArcPy to try to adjust the raster pixel values and force the raster to store the symbology that I want. It is taking a while, and I do not have faith that this process will work as I have pretty much made it up on my own. I am using rasterio and gdal libraries.

Does anyone have experience with exporting a .tif out of ArcGIS, and someone else opening that same .tif and it looking exactly how it is supposed to on their end?
