Reqests to the Server blocked: Issue

Hello There,

I prepared a dashboard, a bar chart displaying some analysis. It was working fine till yesterday. Suddenly the error 'Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension' started appearing. The error remains constant with browsers Chrome, IE and Edge. The error appears only in Bar-Chart widget, other widgets like 'Guage, Pie-Chart appears normal.

Kindly suggest.

Environment:

ArcGIS Server 10.6.1

Portal 10.6.1

DB: SQL Server

Update:

Seems to be issue with policy implemented by cyber security team in the company, it appears normal outside the company.
