publish feature access, and maintain the symbolism in operation dashboard

I'm using ArcGIS Server 10.3 and 10.3 desktop

I am trying to create a dashboard operation, to keep my layer symbology and allow me to make filters

my procedure is as follows

1)publish feature access, in ArcMap to ArcGIS Server

2)add layer to the portal and save map

3)add map of portal

4)this is my problem  I cannot see the layer of points

the final objective is to have a Layer with symbolism with ability to make filter in Operations Dashboard for arcgis

they could help me and tell me if there is another process and achieve my goal?

Hi Gustavo,

Is it a custom point symbol, or one from Esri?  Does this happen on all feature services?  If it is shared, can you send me the url?
