Hello, I need to create a dashboard that shows all of the water mains in our system that are proposed. I can do this by filtering on the lifecycle status field. I was going to use a list to do this. I need a way in my dashboard to show when these proposed main statuses have changed to active and populate them in another list. What is the most efficient way of doing this?
