Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS 10.2.2, Develop Web Add-Ins?

Greetings,

The Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS 10.2.2 was just released and I am please to see there is now a web view of the dashboard.

However, the documentation to develop dashboard Add-Ins http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/runtime-wpf/concepts/#/Welcome_to_the_help_for_developing_Operat... appears to be discuss only the desktop (WPF) platform/environment  (documentation linked via http://doc.arcgis.com/en/operations-dashboard/ ).

Questions:
Can Add-In's be developed for both desktop and web?
Can a single (developed) Add-In run on both desktop and web?

At this release, add-ins are only supported in the Windows version of the app. We are working to bring them to the browser version as well. As part of that work, we are looking at solutions that would allow a single add-in to work in both the Windows and browser versions.
