Hello everybody. Currently we are using flex application for water utility network. Now we want to move to Javascript API.I need to build a map having following operations:
New account creation, search, print maps, editing.
We need a keep an eye that which team has updated how many water accounts/ reports /statistics.
Can anyone guide me the way forward to start use web appbuilder for arcgis portal or something else .Your suggestions are appreciated.
