When I launch an Operations Dashboard map from AGOL or a link from the Operations Dashboard sent out via email it wants to install the Operations Dashboard download even though I have in installed. Is there a way to launch the dashboard from AGOL or am I doing something wrong?
I am having the same problem! I recently installed operations dashboard and created a new oeprational view. I shared the view with my organization and when I go to open the operation view from AGOL it prompts me to reinstall operations dashboard even though I already have it installed. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?
