We use Workflow Manager for Server and our workflow has several extended properties, including a 1-M relation. This generates redundant records depending on that 1-M relationship (ex. 1 job with 3 values in the extended properties table = 3 records in the jobs view table). We haven't figure out how to make sure that jobs records are distinct values because that option is not always available for configuration.
- Why the distinct setting is not available when configuring your table in dashboard?
- If I create a data expression...can you make sure just distinct jobs records are used (need several fields of my view table so I haven't been able to use groupby)?
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
