Help with grouped values

What am I doing wrong here? The grouped values are registering but I need it split to show county vs general population percent for each race/ethnicity. I am not sure how to have it laid out in my spreadsheet to formulate correctly and be evenly side by side for each grouped value. Thanks in advance!
You will need to use Features instead of Grouped values to be able to chart by different values.
Your data will need to contain a single row for each of your categories (race/ethnicity) and then a column for each value you want to chart (county, general).
