Heat Chart For Operations Dashboard

I would like to add a Heat Chart to the Dashboard I'm creating. I can do it in Insights, but I'd rather create the dashboard in ArcGIS dashboards and not insights. Is there a way to create a heat chart for inclusion in a dashboard? I've tried creating the heat chart in ArcGIS Pro and then saving it as an image and imbedding it, but I'd rather it be built inside the dashboard so it that has filter capabilities. Any ideas on how to do this? I included an example of what I want to create and include on the dashboard below.
