Error: Item not Found Opening single display operation view in browser or Ipad

I have created a single display operation view with the intent on allowing our users to open it on their Ipads.  I believe I have followed all of the steps correctly; however, every time I attempt to open the view I receive the following error message:

Item Not Found
The item you requested cannot be found.
The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect

I can see the operation view without issues when opening through windows or directly from Operations Dashboard, the item is shared with my organization, and I have removed all third party add-ins with the view.  Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

I was getting this error last week. After making sure all data and services were shared with the user. I decided to recreate my dashboard project. It then worked. I'm not sure if something got corrupt when I was original building it or what. I hope that solution works for you.
