I have multiple dashboards with Table widgets that are configured to allow source data download. Following the latest update to ArcGIS Online, this capability no longer downloads a file but rather displays the .csv data on-screen:
I have tried the normal troubleshooting steps of clearing browsing data, using in an incognito window, and disabling and re-enabling this feature to no avail. Any suggestions?

Hi @tmichael_wpjwa, Thanks for the updates! It is an issue with the service when a relative date filter is applied, but will be fixed shortly in one of the upcoming patches. Thank you very much for letting us know!
Hi @tmichael_wpjwa I am not able to reproduce this with my own Dashboard. Do you see this issue with any other widgets or datasets where you have source data download enabled? Also, it may help to know what type of data you are using and what source type it was published from.
We can also help take a closer look at your specific Dashboard through a Support ticket if you are able to log one https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact
Hi @StephanieW ,
I have tested a separate dashboard and I am able to download a .csv from a List widget that is configured with that capability. The data source is the same feature layer that I am having issues with in the original dashboard.
The feature layers in these particular dashboards are all hosted in ArcGIS Online and were created when a survey was published with Survey123 Connect.
Thanks @tmichael_wpjwa that would indicate the issue is at the Dashboard level and likely not the layer level. If possible I would recommend a support case so we can help compare the two configurations for things like relative date queries and other differences.
Hi @tmichael_wpjwa, do you have any relative date filter configured in the element or on the service level? If you can remove the filter, can you please give it a try to see if the source data is downloaded in a file. Thanks!
Hi @ZoeyZhang ,
Yes, I did have a date filter configured for the table element:
I have removed this filter and it looks like I'm getting a file again rather than having the data displayed on screen. Is there a specific issue related to having the table filtered by relative date?

Thanks @ZoeyZhang !
