Hi,
The appearance of dashboard buttons in the sidebar seems to have changed - before they had a solid white fill and now they have no fill. I can't see anywhere to change this in the settings in either the selector, sidebar or dashboard Theme configuration menus. Is there a setting I'm missing where this can be changed?
Thanks,
Charles
Hi Charles, you should be able to adjust the background/fill of the buttons via the style panel within the widget.
When a button is selected, the button fills in to indicate that is the filter choice that is currently selected. You cannot change that.
There are 3 theme colors that are used in buttons:
The triangle warning sign by colors indicates that there is not enough contrast between the two colors to be legible, so you will want to adjust your colors whenever you see one.
Hi @ShaneONeill_144 @JenniferAcunto ,
Thanks for replying. The case here is the format of a dashboard selector with button bar display type rather than an Experience Builder widget. When I change formatting in Custom theme through the Theme option in the sidebar I don't see an option to choose between filled and unfilled buttons. All appear to be unfilled. The screenshot shows all the options I have to work with, none of these allow me to fill the buttons so I am left with the dashboard foreground color as the button fill color. Prior to the June update buttons were white-filled.
Thanks
Charles
You cannot choose between filled and unfilled. Buttons will appear filled when a user selects one, or you set a default option.
