Dashboard map configuration unresponsive

Hi all,

I am unable to access configuration for maps within dashboards for the majority but not all of several dozen dashboards across multiple organisations. This seems to coincide with last weeks update. The map configuration menu opens ok from the configuration cog. The settings tab is displayed with the options here responsive but clicking on any of the other setting such as General or Map actions there is no response. Adding a new map to the dashboard the configuration menu behaves as expected.

Interested to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if there is any fix.

Thanks

Charles

Hello Charles, I would recommend working with Technical Support to investigate.

Yes, we are also experiencing similar issues, with both old  and newly created dashboards.
I am just about to contact technical support and register a case

This issue was caused by layers in the web map that were no longer available in AGOL. On removing these from the map project and saving the configuration becomes available again.

I am having the issue despite having all layers available.

Any updates on this? I think I'm coming across the same issue.

I was having the same issue and was able to figure it out. It did indeed have to do with layers not being accessible in AGOL. If you're using the new map viewer, you probably aren't even aware that it's happening. I had to open it up in the classic map viewer to even see the error and saved it again there. Now I can see the configuration screen for the map. I hope this helps!
