Dashboard - Details Widget showing two different values

Hi,

I am trying to show limited fields in the detail widget so instead of showing contents I have decided to pick the same fields with some customization and show it under General tab - Title.

I am having issues as for the same field it is showing two different values on two different styles:-

1) This is if I used content 

2) The same field if I show it on Title

And yes this field is a domain field if that is something causing an issue and how can I resolve this issue?
