Dashboard Date Selector not filtering

Since an update earlier this summer there has been an issue with the date selector not filtering the charts in multiple dashboards used in an experience builder app. It is seemingly random with some users seeing the unfiltered data and others seeing the filtered data. The selectors and the charts are linked by the year. Sometimes it filters as expected and sometimes it doesn't. Is this a known issue?
