Charts not aligned to X axis. No control over labels showing

In the below chart I have data for the years 2019 through 2024.
The X axis of this chart appears to not be aligned to the data shown in the chart. The X axis labels also appear to be only somewhat related to the data and making assumptions that I have no control over.
Does anyone know how to force the labels 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 to show, but disallow 2025 from showing as there is no data that mentions 2025 at all?
