Change selection color in ArcGIS Dashboard?

Is one able to change the selection color for ArcGIS Dashboard in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 from blue to white?

Unfortuantely, my company uses green in it's banners which does not contrast well with a blue.

We do plan to upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, so I'm looking to make our applications as accesible as possible.

The earliest version of Enterprise I have access to right now is 11.3. The theme options are on the left. There's a "selection" color and an "active tab" color that you may be referring to:

Thanks for your response.

I determined that the Accent Color setting in ArcGIS Online (equivalent to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4?) is what I needed.
