Can you display a different icon for different values in an indicator?

I have an operations dashboard that includes an indicator where the value represents a number from the the Beaufort scale. I am already using a static icon representing wind which works fine but I would like to jazz up the dashboard a little and think it could look good if the icon was to change based on the Beaufort scale value (think tranquil house and vertical chimney smoke scene at value 1 and associated devastation at value 12 or the most official options below).

Is this possible in #operations dashbord or arcgis experience‌
