can't select map features

I have an Operation Dashboard that I'm playing with.  It has a map and two widgets - list and detail.  I can get it so the detail shows what is in the list, but I'm unable to interact with the map to select or show popup...  Also, where do I find the URL for the web version?

The web dashboard works as long as you are using www.arcgis.com instead of your Santa Rosa maps page:

The reason could be that you don't have Members can share content outside the organization checked in the security settings for the site (this is an admin task).  More info on that is here.

No, that was already checked, but the "Allow anonymous access to your organization" option was not checked, and that seemed to fix it.  Thanks.
