ArcGIS Dashboards- Category Selector- Multiple Select Default Selects Everything & Breaks Dashboard

Hello Dashboard Team, 

We recently noticed two issue when working with  the Category Selector Multiple Select option. 

Issue 1:

 When selecting Selection> Multiple, the dashboard selects everything by default

The dashboard displays as everything is selected/ dashboard values represent everything selected even though there are no items selected in the category selector widget-

Issue 2:
 When trying to toggle the category selector back to "single" selection and saved, the dashboard still shows everything selected even though the selector is on "None"
