Arcade - Accessing data from different machine/Portal Using FeaturesetByPortalItem

Hi, I am trying to access the Items from different ArcGIS Enterprise installed in my organization but the result is not showing any data. I am not sure where it is blocking the results.

However I am able to access the data from ArcGIS online and the Portal installed on the same machine.

any one have the idea what could be issue?
