Upgrade Dashboard for Enterprise 10.9.1 to show attachments in Details

The new Dashboards after upgrading  (I now view it as a downgrade) to 10.9.1 Attachments will now no longer show in Details.

I filed BUG-000146647 and the official answer is that 

Server-based layers and hosted feature layers from previous versions of ArcGIS Enterprise can only display attachments as a list. Hosted feature layers from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 can display attachments as a list or in a gallery.

Also there is a minor bug with Field Maps and the Configure for Field Maps.  

If you have Field Maps open and  you configure the form and save it, then make a change to the map your configurations go away.  

The ESRI workaround is to only have one or the other tab open at a time. 

However, the dashboard thing is very frustrating. There are some other aspects of the new dashboard that are very exciting.

With the November 2022 upgrade in ArcGIS Online, all classic dashboards have forcefully upgraded to ArcGIS Dashboards. This has brought about a major challenge for those still using Enterprise referenced layers (not hosted) due to the display as list only limitation for images where a thumbnail preview of the image does not display. Has there been any progress towards fixing this issue so far?? Viewing of image thumbnails issue is a major hindrance to our business workflow.
