Update Filter Action to include "Like" or "Contains"

When the filter action is applied, it is limited to a one-to-one field comparison.  In some cases, a user needs to have one field match with a portion of another field, not match exactly.  I propose that the option to use "equal to" or "contains" be made available.

Yes! i agree. the action send an "equal to". it would be very usefull if we could choose between like or equal when configuring actions.

may i ask : "it would be very usefull if we could have the same options than when you conigure a datasource in a widget".

With the October 2023 update of ArcGIS Dashboards, category selectors now support the 'contains' operator. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/dashboards/latest/reference/whats-new.htm
