Table widget in Dashboards - Portal

It would be nice to have a table widget available for dashboards in Enterprise Portal. This almost seems like an oversight, since it doesn't appear as if it would be a difficult addition. I can use the Details widget to somewhat emulate this, but it's not the same thing.

I'm using Enterprise Portal, but the Dashboard does not include a Table option. We are using Enterprise 10.9.1 (cannot shift to version 11.x due to lagging ArcMap users), so unclear if this Table option might be available in the most current (11.x) version?

Did you ever get an answer to why the table function isn't available in a Portal dashboard?

It's only available starting in Enterprise 11.0 and AGOL.
