It would be useful to add an outline colour around the bars within a serial chart on ArcGIS dashboards. Currently you can select the colour(s) of the bars but not the outline colour. When using the guides tab and adding colours to the serial chart background, the individual bars are hard to see due to colour clashes/edge vibrations etc. If we could add a white/black outline around the bars this would help with this issue.
