Option to Format Drop Down Menus

It would be nice to have the option to format the drop down menus for example label font, color and etc. It would also be nice to able to change icon color as well. It would also nice to be able to change the drop down menu background color and drop down selector text color as well. This can help in put an emphasis on highlight a particular drop down menu. For example in the following it would be nice to be able to do it with the Risk drop down menu.
