When adding a date field to a list element Line Item Text field in the online version of Operations Dashboard it would be useful to be able to format the text to be DD/MM/YYYY or DD Month (in text eg July) YYYY.
@ClaireThurlowNZ With ArcGIS Dashboards Beta, lists have added an Arcade capability that will allow you to do this (see this blog to get you started).

ArcGIS Dashboards is now out of Beta and this is considered to be implemented.
