Dashboard - Parse dates minimum period in weeks

I want to group my data by week in serial charts. Currently, the only options are: second, minute, hour, day, month, year.

Agreed - need to add week to Minimum Period options.  

Admittedly week can be tricky - does it start on Sunday or Monday?  How do you label it on the category axis?

Public health mosquito and vector control routinely uses Epi-week, and labels them from 1-52.

I guess you could use a dashboard data expression to extract the week part of the date but would be great if it was there as part of the built-in options.

And I'm looking for the ability to parse data by decade to display pipe ages that go back almost 100 years. Is there a way I can do this or must I wait for the Esri option?
