Hello ArcGIS Dashboard Team,
Please don't show "None" options when "Render only when filtered" is set.
In the example below "Incident" in "Report Type" Category Selector should only show the "Incident Type" Category Selector's content if "Incident" is selected.
Currently when "Incident" is not selected, the "None" option still displays for the Category Selector- even though it doesn't pertain. This leads to user confusion and usability issues:

Please consider resolving.
Thank you,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you save and refresh the dashboard, does the "render only when filtered" setting work as expected?
Is this the scenario you are after?

Hi David,
Thanks for the quick response!
Yes that is the scenario, but now if you click "Baltimore" for example, and if Baltimore has nothing for waterbodies, the "Render only when filtered" will show this-

our example looks like this (show all is none re-labeled)-

We can't not have a none option because otherwise one of the first values will always be selected. But when that Category Selector isn't relevant with the cascading relationship, we don't want to see "None" we should see.

Let me know if I'm explaining this well 🙂 Thanks!
Wondering if you might be able to share the dashboard with me. I played out that scenario and I see the "No data" message in the case when I choose an option from A that has no waterbodies to list in B. In this case, "Celil county" doesn't have any waterbodies, so it shows the "No data" message (which can be renamed).
