May I suggest to ESRI development team to try add to the ArcGIS Dashboard list of issues.
When you create a side panel and you want to choose a color example green or any darker color. The Pin down arrow only shows blue color. So, it is very small pin that is difficult to see.
My suggest please to add a selection list to choose a color for the Pin Down arrow.

The reason I had to put this down is because I had to write down the steps for the End-User on how to use the Dashboard on my National Forest here in Colorado.
