BUG-000169478 was created for ArcGIS Dashboards mobile view not automatically updating on mobile devices when we were attempting to view an ArcGIS Online created dashboard on a mobile device. The result of the Bug was that it was expected behavior as refresh intervals are not supported in mobile views.
The dashboard that was being created for our citizens is expected to be left open and refreshed to see new data. The use case that we are doing in a public facing live calls for service from our Police Department. Users can consume the desktop dashboard on their mobile device and get updates but it doesn't display in an easy to use format. As soon as we create a mobile view, while it fixes the display issues, we lose the ability to view live data.
