I've been seeing semi-regular issues this year with the Create Report connector timing out in Power Automate and the S123 Website.
This is the error in Power Automate: The Create Report step completes as "esriJobSubmitted", which causes subsequent steps to fail
This is what I see in the S123 Website: This isn't an issue with my flows. This is an connection with the S123 website (by the looks of it). This is only a partial outage though, as some random reports are generated (as you can see in the list of runs).
Anyone else experiencing similar outages?

This specific issue was as @AkshayHarshe described above. There is a SEPARATE issue with report generation that is still ongoing, and you can get more info here.
EDIT: For reference, I marked this response as a solution for viability as there is some important information in the other thread. At this time, the other issue is technically still ongoing, but should be improving.
