We are using the new Collector app for Android. I have sideloaded a tpkx file on our Samsung Tab Active2 and have set the map we are using to point to this basemap. When I try to add an offline area using this tpkx as a basemap, Collector will not let me pan out or zoom in when choosing the area. The tpkx file covers a whole county and draws at many scale ranges, but I can only load tiny areas at a time.
Is there a setting that allows you to pan and zoom while adding offline areas?
