transfer ID from one point to another

When doing our valve inspections, the crew is having to manually enter the valve ID from our existing valve into the inspection. We are collecting a new point for every inspection using the collect here function, so it's geographically in the same location. Is there a way to automatically grab that ID from the existing point, when creating a new one?

If the valve is already a part of that feature service you can tap on that existing valve and click copy and that will copy all the attributes and can be set at the same location of the existing feature or at the GPS location.

it isn't part of that feature service. The closest option is collect here. But that doesn't transfer any of the attributes. It isn't a huge deal, but I thought I'd try and make it a little easier on the field guys.
