I have loaded several maps onto my phone, so they are "on device". I can access them when I happened to have either wifi or cell service. However, if I am out in the field where there is no cell nor wifi service, I only get the "searching spiral" and no maps show up. Once I get cell service the maps show up on the device. I just assumed that a map "on device" should show up whether I have cell/wifi service or not. Am I the only one with this problem?
