Offline with local coordinate system

Hello All,

I want to go offline, with local TPK as basemap, and a hosted feature service in a local coordinate system (not Web Mercator).
I keep getting errors. The only way I can go offline is by converting all the data to web mercator.
Can the collector support such workflow?

What error are you seeing? Does the map go offline if you do not use your tpk?
