Hi Collector Gurus

I have created a pointer feature class in geodatabase, published it via ArcGIS for Server, created a map in Portal and finally I managed to have the map working in offline mode.

However whenever I try to sync a feature that in created in offline mode, following error comes up, anyone know what's happening here?

Sync Error.PNG

Feature class properties

- Point feature

- attributes are: Note (200 character text), SHAPE, GlobalID,OBJECTID

- Archiving enabled

- Global ID added

Cheers

Yuan

Hi Guys

Just a quick update, I found what was causing the issue.

It had to do of the naming of the service.

Originally I had: AsBuilt_Editable_Feature_Service_Note which didn't work, then I changed it to AsBuilt_Note, everything works just fine.

Thanks to you all.

Cheers

Could you set server logging level to debug and see if you can spot any errors reported back when you sync?

Did you set logging level to debug? You should have much more messages.

You can refer to this help about server logging: http://server.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/windows/about-server-logs.htm

Hi

I have attached a more detailed Sync Log.

It does contain few severe logs.

Yuan, I'm utilizing Collector as well but I do not have the same configuration as you (not using Portal) so I can't provide direct advise at the moment but you may want to check out this discussion, similar questions which may give you additional insight. Hope this helps and good luck
