Layers with scale dependencies in Web Map are not showing up in the Collector App.

Hi,

I've setup a Web map with several layers.  Some of the layers have scale dependencies set up in the Web Map using the Set Visbility Range option.  These show up fine when I zoom to the scale threshold in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.  But when I load the map up in Collector the layers do not show up when I zoom to a scale in their visibility range.  The layers are listed in the layer list but they just don't display in the map on the Collector.

Has anyone seen this before or have any information about how layers that have scale dependencies can be displayed in the Collector?

All the layers that I am working with are hosted ArcGIS Online feature services.
