My organization is using the Collector App to edit and add data to web mapping applications that we have created. Our server went down this morning and since coming back up my editable layers in my web maps are not drawing in the Collector App. Everything is running fine on the desktop and in portal, only issue is in the Collector App. We stopped and restarted services and also republished the layers and nothing. I did however attempt to open the web maps in the Collector Classic and everything worked as normal. Any suggestions or advice would greatly be appreciated.
Do you run at Collector iOS? If the layer fails to load, you can tap on layer tool of the webmap, tap on the layer that fails to load, click share error. You can see the detail why the layer fails.
