Hi, I just pushed the button to update my AGOL to https. Now, my labels are not showing up in my Collector app. The labels were created in ArcPro before publishing. All of my layers are Featurelayers. When a user adds a new item, it needs to show the label. I have checked the map on my android device and the labels for my map are gone. In addition, the expression that I put in is no longer calculating. what gives? is there any way to undo what I just did (undo the https)?  My map is currently in production and the field guys/gals are freaking out.

Hi Jeff, Sorry for the delay. I cannot identify exactly what happened here.  There was definitely a lag on the android devices, but it started working.  I was trying quite a few things, though, so I can't say if it was just a delay or if it was something I fixed.  There was one manager who was also testing it for me using the Windows Collector app, which we have now been reminded that the labels don't work at all in the Windows Collector app.  Hopefully we will be able to upgrade our systems and start using Field Maps soon!

Hi @LisaT - did you get this sorted out? If not, please let us know or contact technical support. The switch to https should not have impacted labeling in Collector so we would like to diagnose what other changes may have caused this to occur. If you solved it, please post back so others can benefit from your wisdom :). Thanks!
